PhD in Chemical Engineering. He has been a member of the Higher Scientific Research Council (C.S.I.C.) in environmental research and technological development with more than 20 scientific articles published in journals such as Nature and Environmental Science and Tech.

He is currently Managing Director of the IN-MOVE Cluster by Railgrup, a group of national companies that integrates the entire value chain related to the railway: engineering, systems, mobile, infrastructure, etc. About 100 companies with about €17,000M in combined turnover. He is a Member of the European Railway Cluster Initiative (E.R.C.I.) and President of the Multimodal Logistics E.R.C.I. Workgroup.
